Wool blanket - SaltWaveDyke

The genuine Frisian! A voluminous, firm feel characterizes this blanket; the lighter side is made with wool from genuine Frisian Merino sheep that live at the mouth of the Weser River. The finely crimped wool is typical of sheep that brave the wind and weather in the salty North Sea air. The grey side comes from Merino sheep grazing in the Swabian Alps in southern Germany.
We find this very sustainable because it avoids long transport routes. Despite its firm texture, the blanket is very soft and skin-friendly.

Care information

Coastland wool blankets are pure natural products. They are dirt-repellent, odor-resistant, and antibacterial. Simply airing the wool blanket occasionally in high humidity revitalizes the wool fibers, allowing dust and other impurities to easily escape. All Coastland products are designed, woven, finished and sewn in the Frisian wool weaving mill on the North German coast.
