The Chameleon! This blanket is woven with exceptional craftsmanship. The interplay of different wools and colors creates a uniquely soft and intriguing surface. The various weaves symbolize the diverse landscapes of northern Germany. The ever-changing colors of sky, sea, dunes, and mudflats have been reinterpreted here in a completely new way. The warp threads, or ground threads, are a mudflat gray in all color variations, and the blanket is finished with a short, combed fringe.

What is a micron? A micron is the unit used to measure the fineness of fibers. The lower the number, the finer the fiber. Extra-fine fibers have a micron value of 17 to 22 microns. This affects the fiber's texture, elasticity, wrinkle resistance, and drape. It feels soft and pleasant against the skin.

Care information

Coastland wool blankets are pure natural products. They are dirt-repellent, odor-resistant, and antibacterial. Simply airing the wool blanket occasionally in high humidity revitalizes the wool fibers, allowing dust and other impurities to easily escape.
