Bassetti Granfoulard

ISOLABELLA – A true gem of botanical diversity and Baroque art, this ship-shaped island in the middle of Lake Maggiore in northern Italy. The terraced areas are planted according to color, and unique plants decorate this Baroque palace, the Palazza Borromeo.

These unique settings inspired the Bassetti artists to create a classic design. The charm of this design transports us to the Italian Baroque garden of Isola Bella. A classic paisley motif is interpreted in the traditional Granfoulard style, inspired by the island's vegetation. Soft swirls, enriched with precious botanical details, envelop the decorative elements and small flowers. The simplicity of the flounce enhances the overall effect with a color change marked by a chevron of micro-motifs.
Two new variants will be available: a bright ocean blue and a warm orange-red.

Granfoulard is probably the world's best-known product with which Bassetti established itself in the market. As simple as Italian life itself, the uses of this "large scarf" are equally simple and versatile.

Today you have it as a tablecloth on the garden or dining table, and tomorrow it can be knotted together as a room divider or used as a decorative cover on the sofa .

Whether attached to a curtain rod as a scarf , it serves its purpose just as well as a sunshade , beach towel , or simply on a sun lounger . As you can see, there are no limits to your imagination.
