GOLD DECOR - Our fascinating journey ends in Caserta, a city of inestimable historical, artistic, and architectural value. The Reggia di Caserta, the royal residence of the Bourbons, is a jewel of neoclassical architecture, offering a wealth of creative ideas for a decorative motif of great aesthetic impact and enchanting us with its splendor. We are particularly captivated by the richness of the stucco reliefs in the Throne Room and the Palatine Chapel within the grand palace. The gold-colored decorations of the vaults are echoed in this design as small geometric patterns and floral paisley motifs. This continuation of the design begins richly and picturesquely with the flounce and gradually transitions into elegant gold motifs, highlighted by a rich background. A classic Granfoulard pattern, expressed in three color variations: the first in violet and burgundy tones, the second in copper, indigo and blue tones, the third in emerald green combined with petrol and brass.

Granfoulard is probably the world's best-known product with which Bassetti established itself in the market. As simple as Italian life itself, the uses of this "large scarf" are equally simple and versatile.
