Bassetti Granfoulard

MONREALE - A refined design inspired by the precious golden tones of the Monreale and Cefalù mosaics. The decorative elements of the paisley pattern are emphasized by colored bands alternating with borders with an embroidered effect and enhanced by intense color nuances.

The motif is in sandy and pearly gray tones, reminiscent of the warm colors of the rocks of Scala dei Turchi and the light tones of the most beautiful beaches on the island. A second variant is in different shades of green, a color that evokes the beauty of the Mediterranean vegetation with its olive, agave and citrus trees. Finally, the third variant is offered in the intense and luminous colors of the summer sunsets, which can be admired in all their splendor from the salt pans of Marsala and Trapani.

There are three color variants: the first in olive green, terracotta and sand tones, the second in warm yellow and pink tones reminiscent of orange groves and wild orchids, and the third in blue and turquoise tones reminiscent of the deep, crystal clear waters the sea oases are reminiscent of the island.

Granfoulard is probably the world's best-known product with which Bassetti has established itself on the market. The possible uses of this "big cloth" are as simple and varied as Italian life.

Today you still have it as a tablecloth on the garden or dining table and tomorrow it can be knotted as a room divider or serve as a decorative cover on the sofa .

Attached to a curtain rod as a scarf , it serves its purpose as an awning , beach towel or simply on a sun lounger . As you can see, there are no limits to the imagination.
