Como, historically the city of silk, is a recognized center of excellence for the weaving and printing of precious silks. The name chosen for this design is a nod to the classic decorative motifs and colors used to adorn silk fabrics. A monochrome, richly detailed ramage is enhanced by the background and border featuring floral paisley motifs in intense colors.

Granfoulard is arguably the world's most well-known product, with which Bassetti has established itself on the market. The uses of this "large scarf" are as simple and versatile as Italian life.
